Food Allergies

Plateed Cooking wants every student to have a wonderful experience when taking a class. If you have a food allergy, please notify the school when you book your class by emailing us at . Plateed Cooking classes use common foods and ingredients in our classes including shellfish, seafood, fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. – not all ingredients will be listed in the course description.  When a student makes us aware that they have an allergy, we will make the instructor and kitchen staff aware and modify the ingredients for the individual. We are unable to remove that specific ingredient relating to one student’s allergy from the class entirely.

For Private Parties, we will remove any ingredients or foods for the class or event upon request.
