Pastas Pan Sauces

This class brings attendees into the world of creative pasta making, while also learning the art of making sauces from scratch. Attendees will prepare a variety of modern and classic pasta dishes. In addition, attendees will learn the process of making classic pan sauces using olive oils, fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables.
